We know managing a dynamic workforce can be a juggling act, but with Sidekicker you can regain control with ease.
When posting your regular roster onto the Sidekicker platform, you can bulk duplicate multiple requests at the same time, either rolling in the same Sidekicks or leaving the request open for Sidekicks to apply. You may also cancel multiple requests at once when you need to.
Being able to post your roster all at once reduces valuable time and effort spent on rostering.
Duplicating multiple requests with Sidekicks
Click 'Bulk actions' on the requests page, and select 'Duplicate with Sidekicks'.
Tick the previous requests you wish to duplicate and click 'Duplicate with Sidekicks'
Add new shift date and time, and all other information will be copied into the new request. You can remove or add Sidekicks into the request as you need to.
Click 'Duplicate requests' and your requests will be posted, and the Sidekicks will be assigned into the shifts.
Duplicating multiple requests without Sidekicks
Click 'Bulk actions' on the requests page, and select 'Duplicate without Sidekicks'.
Tick the previous requests you wish to duplicate, and click 'Duplicate without Sidekicks'
Add new shift date and time, and all other information will be copied into the new request.
Click 'Duplicate requests' and your requests will be posted, and the Sidekicks will be notified of the new requests being posted onto the platform so they can apply.
Please note: You can only duplicate shifts in 'filled', 'awaiting timesheets', 'review and complete' or 'completed' status.
Cancelling multiple requests
Please note you are required to provide a minimum of 4 hours cancellation notice for the Sidekicks. If your request is canceled within 4 hours from the scheduled start time, you will be changed for the shift minimum (4 hours) for all Sidekicks who have already been hired to your request.
If you need to cancel multiple requests from the platform, follow the steps below.
Click 'Bulk actions' on the requests page, and select 'Cancel requests'.
Tick the previous requests you wish to cancel, and click ‘Cancel requests’.
Requests will be cancelled, and the Sidekicks who had applied to your requests, or had already been hired to the requests, are notified of the cancellation.
Please note: You can only cancel shifts in 'open' or 'filled' status.
