1. Program Overview
The Sidekicker “Refer-A-Business” Program is offered to limited Sidekicks who have directly received the offer from Sidekicker. The program provides Sidekicks with an additional stream of income through referral rewards.
2. Referrer Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the “Refer-A-business” Program as a “Referrer”, an individual must:
be at least 18 years old;
be an existing Sidekick (as defined in the “Definitions” section above) at the time and
maintain an active Sidekick account (i.e. one that has not been deactivated) on the Sidekicker Platform at the time and
Have directly received the offer from Sidekicker (not a forwarded email or offers posted on websites, blogs, social media forums etc)
3. Referral Reward
(i) Conditions of Referral Reward
To be eligible to earn the Referral Reward, all of the following conditions (“Conditions for Referral Reward”) must be met by the referred business (business)
The referred business must be a new client of Sidekicker i.e they have previously not posted or completed a shift
The referred business must post and complete at least 3 shifts within 28 days of registration; and
Both the Referrer and Referred business must not breach any of the terms and conditions of this Program Rules.
(ii) Payment of Referral Reward
The Referral Pairing who have successfully met all the Conditions for Referral Reward will receive the Referral Reward as specified in the Sidekicker Written Communication, in accordance with the payment term as specified in the Sidekicker Written Communication.
5. Sidekicker Referral
Under the “Refer-A-Business” Program, Sidekicker will collect information about businesses and individuals who must be friends, family or another person that the Referrer knows personally or professionally.
The Referrer MUST NOT:
publish the offer at or solicit businesses from any place which can be freely accessible by public, whether online or otherwise;
“spam” anyone with unsolicited bulk email containing the Sidekicker Referral offer;
use the Sidekicker Referral offer in any manner that violates the law or the rights of anyone else.
Sidekicker owns all rights in and to the Sidekicker Referral offer. Sidekicker may reclaim, deactivate, invalidate or terminate a Referral at any time at its sole discretion.
Once the Sidekick provides contact details of the business, a member of the Sidekicker sales team will get in touch with the business to sign up. Once the referred business signs up, Sidekicker will email the referrer about Sign Up and all other relevant stages deemed necessary (if and when business posts and completes first shift within 28 days of registration, when business completes 3 shifts within 28 days of registration)
6. Other Terms
These other terms shall apply to your participation in the “Refer-A-Business” Program:
Sidekicker may update or amend the Program Rules at any time. Continued participation in the “Refer-A-Business” Program after any update will mean that you have agreed to the update;
Sidekicker reserves the right to change, end, or suspend, in whole or part, the Referral Program;
Sidekicker may disqualify or exclude an individual from participation in this Referral Program at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, breach of these Program Rules, or breach of any other agreements between the Sidekicker and you.
If you breach the Program Rules, Sidekicker may suspend or terminate, in its sole discretion, your ability to participate in any similar referral program (now or in the future).
