What is an auto-hire shift?
The Sidekicker platform offers instant acceptance for jobs with auto-hire enabled!
Instead of 'Applying' for a job, Sidekicks are immediately given the ability to 'Accept' shifts when auto-hire is enabled. Be careful though, once you accept a shift you will be expected to work it.
You can tell when a job has been posted with auto-hire enabled if it has a lightning bolt symbol.
T&Cs of auto-hire:
If you no longer wish to work an auto-hire job, you need to withdraw from the shift. More information on how to withdraw from shifts can be found here.
Withdrawing from an auto-hire job has the same impact on your reliability score as non-Auto-hire jobs. Failure to withdraw in a timely manner may result in your account being flagged for reliability. For more information on how withdrawals impact your reliability, see this article here.
