Are there any criteria for profile photos on Sidekicker?
When you submit an application for a job on Sidekicker, businesses are able to view your profile photo. This is your chance to make a great first impression! 📸
To help set you up for success, we will only accept your profile photo if it meets the following criteria;
Clear and well-lit
Plain, white background
No hats or sunglasses (eyeglasses and religious garments are accepted)
Full face and top of shoulders
Only one person in the picture
Face is centred in the frame
Additional tips for taking a great profile picture:
Make sure your hair and any makeup is neat and tidy
For Hospitality roles, wear a white button-up shirt and remove any facial piercings
For Manual Labour & Warehousing roles, wear a hi-vis vest
For Business Support, Promotions, and Administration roles, wear smart casual attire
For all roles, show off your smile!
