KiwiSaver is a voluntary savings and investment scheme for workers in New Zealand to help them save money for retirement.
If you are a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, then you are eligible to make contributions. To check your KiwiSaver contributions, you can log in to your myIR account via the Inland Revenue website.
Note: You are not able to join KiwiSaver if you are a temporary resident, visitor or student visa holder.
How do I know if I am making KiwiSaver contributions?
Upon registering with Sidekicker, you would have been asked if you would like to make KiwiSaver contributions. If you are eligible, and you selected yes, you would have completed a KiwiSaver Deduction Form. If you selected no, you would have completed a KiwiSaver Opt-out Form.
