Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select ‘Account Settings’

What if I'm moving countries?
If you are travelling between Australia and New Zealand you will need to set up a new account, as there are different profile requirements for each country.For instance, each country has unique employment laws and regulations that mandate separate profiles to ensure compliance. Additionally, this separation allows tailored support and services for each region.
If you are moving temporarily, we recommend using a separate email address to set up an account in the country you are travelling to.
If you are moving permanently, reach out to us via the Support Team, and we can remove your old account so you can set up a new one with the same email address.Temporary movers should also ensure that their new account reflects the matching address and payment setup for the temporary region. For permanent movers, provide all necessary documentation to aid the support team in expediting the account transition process.
