What is 'Hire for me'
'Hire for me' feature allows Sidekicker to hire the best applicants onto your request automatically, allowing you to promptly fill your request even when posted at the last minute.
What logic does Sidekicker use with hiring
Every applicant is given a matching score based on our carefully selected criteria, helping us assess how well they meet your requirements.
Once applicants have been received, our technology automatically reviews each applicant's matching score and hires the highest-scoring applicants (who must meet our minimum benchmark), until your request has been filled.

How to use 'Hire for me'
Click ‘Make a request’ and add all your request details
On the last page, select your hiring preference as 'Hire for me'
Sidekicker will send you email notifications of the hiring process, letting you know when the job has been filled. You can review hired Sidekicks on your request.
Remain in control with the hiring decisions
You can still remain in control by removing and replacing any hired Sidekick you'd prefer not to hire. You can remove and replace them at any time when your request is open or after it has been filled.
To do this, open your request on the platform, select the Sidekick you'd like to remove, and click the three dots for more options. Choose from the following options:
Remove: Removes the Sidekick from your request while keeping the request filled.
Remove & replace: Removes the Sidekick from your request and automatically searches for another high-scoring Sidekick who meets your requirements to fill their place.
