How we define who is the best match
Sidekicks who apply for your jobs are given a matching score based on our curated best match criteria, and ranked from highest to lowest.

Where can you see the sorting options
Applicant sorting options are available on 'requests' and 'opportunities'.
Sorting option on the requests;
You can change your preferred sorting option at any time by selecting a new one from the dropdown list.
Recommended Sidekicks
The platform also highlights the Sidekicks who score above our best match threshold, and labels them as 'Recommended' on your request. This makes it easy for you to find and hire top talent in a quick manner.
