How do we define who is the 'Best Match'?
Sidekicks who apply for your job are given a matching score based on our curated best match criteria. Applicants are then ranked from highest to lowest match, making it easier to identify top candidates at a glance.
Best match criteria takes into account:

Finding the right Sidekicks for your jobs is even easier, as application lists are automatically sorted by ‘best match’ by placing the strongest candidates at the top.

Where can you see the sorting options?
Applicant sorting options are available on 'requests' and 'opportunities'.
You can change your preferred sorting option at any time by selecting a different option from the dropdown list. See below:
