Updated over a week ago

EFT is an invoicing method where you will receive an invoice after every completed request, and payment is required within 14-days.

Are you eligible for EFT

If your business is planning to complete 6+ jobs on a weekly basis, or 300+ jobs throughout the year on Sidekicker, you will likely be eligible for EFT invoicing.

If you want to explore EFT invoicing, reach out via the blue chat bubble and our team of invoicing specialists will be in touch.

How to set up EFT invoicing

If EFT invoicing is a suitable option for your business, you will be shared a Credit Application to complete electronically. After completion, Sidekicker will conduct a credit assessment within one business day and notify you of the outcome via email.

After the approval of the Credit Application add billing contact details on your Sidekicker account.

  1. Click your name on the top right corner of your Sidekicker account, and select 'Billing details'

  2. Add billing contact/s name and email

  3. Click 'Update contacts' to save

After every completed request, the company billing contacts will receive an invoice via email. You can also easily find invoices from past jobs at any time on your Sidekicker account.
