How we define who is the best match
Sidekicks who apply for your jobs are given a matching score based on our curated best match criteria, and ranked from highest to lowest.

Applicant sorting options are available on 'requests' and 'opportunities'.
Sorting option on the requests;
You can change your preferred sorting option at any time by selecting a new one from the dropdown list.
