The Partner Jobs Board is an extension of the Jobs Victoria Online Hub that connects Employers with Employment Mentors who help job seekers that may experience disadvantage in the job market.
This feature enables Mentors to view requests from various Employers, submit workers and keep track of their progress, all in one place! Employment Mentors will be notified when an Employer submits a vacancy request, and they'll then be able to put forward any suitable candidates for review.
Receiving & Viewing Vacancies
When an Employer needs staff, they’ll submit a vacancy request to the Partner Jobs Board…
You'll receive a notification of the vacancy request in your nominated email
Click "View Vacancy" to log into your account and view the request details
To view all current vacancies, click "Vacancies" at the top left had side of the page
Submitting Workers
Once you’ve received a request, you can submit your workers…
Click “Submit Worker”
Enter in your candidates details and attach their resume if available, and provide any information the Employer may need to know
Once you've completed the form and click “Submit Worker” to notify the Employer
Editing Submissions
If you need to make changes to a submitted worker...
Navigate to the worker you would like to make changes to
Option A)
Click the three dots next to their name
Select "Edit" from the drop down
Option B)
Select the name of the worker you would like to make changes to
Click "Edit"
Make any relevant changes
Click "Save Changes"
Withdrawing Workers
If you would like to remove one of your submitted workers....
Navigate to the worker you would like to make changes to
Option A)
Click the three dots next to their name
Select "Withdraw" from the drop down
Option B)
Select the name of the worker you would like to make changes to
Click "Withdraw Worker"
Click "Confirm"
Viewing Outcomes
The Employer will review your submissions and action them…
You will be notified via email of the outcome of each candidate, including any notes the business has added
When the vacancy is closed, you’ll also be notified via email
To view the outcome and any changes, click the link in your nominated email
Team Members
Inviting Team Members
To invite your team members, navigate to the ‘Team Members’ page
On the ‘Team Members’ page, there is an ‘Invite’ button to invite your colleagues to the platform by adding their email addresses.
Once the email addresses are added, click "Send Invite".
Invited users will receive an email invitation in their inbox, and be prompted to create an account.
After successful account creation, your new team member will land on the vacancies list page - this page will display all of their vacancy requests
Removing Team Members
To remove your team members, navigate to the ‘Team Members’ page
You can remove a colleague from your team by selecting the three dots next to their name and clicking ‘Remove’
