In the event a Sidekick is no longer available to work a shift, they will withdraw on the Sidekicker platform and the appropriate business contact(s) will be notified via email.
We understand certain users may wish to unsubscribe from receiving these emails, which is why we have made it possible to manage your notification settings either from;
Managing your notification settings from your profile on Sidekicker
Log in to Sidekicker and follow the steps below:
Click on your name in the top right corner of the page
Select 'My Account'
Choose the 'Settings' tab
If you want to unsubscribe from receiving withdrawal notifications via email, you can untick the box as shown below:
Be sure to click the 'Save Changes' button once you have made your selection.
Managing your notification settings from your emails
You can also access the above screen by clicking on 'Manage your email preferences' in one of our notification emails (found in the email footer as pictured below).
If you are not logged into Sidekicker you will be prompted to do so, at which stage you can follow the same steps as listed above to update your notification settings.
