Sidekicker OH&S onboarding & documentation requirements

Businesses hiring roles in high-risk categories including Warehousing and Logistics, Manufacturing and Manual Labour, must go through a Sidekicker Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) onboarding.

This is to ensure there are processes in place to keep our Sidekicks safe whilst working onsite.

OH&S onboarding steps

The OH&S onboarding process consists of two steps:

  1. OH&S Documentation - Submit your OH&S documentation to Sidekicker

  2. Site inspection - Sidekicker representative to conduct a site inspection

You will be guided through these steps when you're requesting access for staff in the relevant labour categories.
