You will be working with an amazing team of people, and to thrive in this role you will have:

  • Basic software knowledge

  • A keen eye for detail which will be key to success in this role 

  • Fast typing skills to enter data as fast as you can 

  • A high level of concentration

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

Some examples of the tasks you’ll be performing are:

  • Sourcing and adding customer details into our CRM

  • Updating customer accounts

  • Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets

Accounts Assistant

We’re looking for some awesome Sidekicks to join us and help with some Accounts work!

You will be working with an amazing team of people, and for this role you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills and a fantastic attitude

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Quickbooks or similar accounting system experience essential

You will be part of the [insert department here] providing day-to-day support across the following:

  • Accounts receivable and payable

  • Processing invoices and receipt tracking

  • Matching purchase orders and invoices

  • Answer and direct telephone calls throughout the day

  • Ad hoc support to the finance team

  • Performing reconciliations of creditor statements
