This is because our Sidekicks are less likely to apply and commit to a job that is more than 14 days away, and withdrawals are more common to happen.
If your request is beyond this timeframe, it will be paused. Sidekicker will notify you when the job is exactly 14 days away, allowing you to make any necessary edits or updates before setting it live.
