Sidekicker provides a simple and transparent way to monitor on-shift check-ins right from the platform.
Combining the Daily List and our check-in features, you can easily keep tabs on which Sidekicks are rostered, have arrived, and completed their shifts on-site.
Viewing Sidekicks on Daily List
The Daily List feature, accessible under ‘Timesheets’ on your left sidebar, brings your day’s shifts into clear view. You can filter by date and site to see all shifts for the day.
Click on the shift time to view Sidekicks assigned to that shift, including their contact information.

Sidekick self-check in
Enabling our Sidekick Check-In feature makes it easy to confirm when your Sidekicks have arrived and are ready to start their shift.
Near shift start time, Sidekicks receive an automated prompt to confirm they’re on-site. The moment they check in, their status is updated to ‘on site’ on the Daily List. When the Sidekick shift has finished, their status will update to 'Finished'.

Checking in Sidekicks
If your team prefers to manage check-ins directly, we've got you covered for that too.
Our Customer Check-In feature allows your team to conveniently check Sidekicks in on their behalf by simply turning on the ‘Check In’ toggle next to their name on the Daily List, ensuring accuracy and flexibility in every situation.

When a Sidekick status is 'On site', the Sidekick has been checked into the shift. Sidekick status will move to 'Finished' when the timesheet data has been submitted towards the shift.
Upon checking in a Sidekick, a timestamp is recorded for the check in time so you can conveniently go back to confirming it if needed. If you've accidentally checked in a wrong Sidekick—not to worry! You can simply turn off the Check In toggle up until the shift time has finished.
Filtering by check in status
You can filter your Daily List by the check in status when using the Customer Check-In feature. Simply click the 'Filter' option on the top of the list.
